Grapes for this wine come from the best of our own vineyards situated in Bardales, Gallineros, San Román and Villabuena del Puente. These vineyards, between 40 and 50 years old , are all planted in brush.

Elaboration

 The alcoholic fermentation takes place in small, temperature controlled stainless steel tanks of 15.000 kg. capacity. During this process, the maximum temperature is 28º C and the total maceration time is 25 days. Afterwards, the wine is aged in new French oak for 6 months.

Tasting Notes          

This Crianza wine has a deep cherry red colour with purple shades. In the nose, it is very expressive and shows great intensity. Fruity aromas of ripe wild dark berries are combined in perfect balance with elegant toasted hints, as a result of its ageing in high quality French oak. Voluminous, powerful and well structured in the palate, we perceive dominant ripened fruit flavors in perfect harmony with a touch of oak. Its aftertaste is elegant,balsamic and persistent.
